*Shipments are completed by a number of carriers (USPS,UPS,FEDEX, etc.). Shipments that are returned to the store, deemed by the shipping company to be undeliverable, will only be redelivered at the customer’s expense.

What can I return?

Any credit code issued for a purchase must be used at one time, toward a single purchase, after which the remaining credit will expire.

For how long can I return these items?

Purchases made by cash can be returned the next day or exchanged within two days from the date on your receipt. Purchases made by credit card can only be returned the same day or exchanged within two days of the date on your receipt.

Purchases that are delivered are only eligible for store credit. Items with a gift receipt can be exchanged within 14 days of date on gift receipt. Those with a standard receipt may only be exchanged within two days of delivery.

Items must be shipped back within 3 days of receipt for a refund or a store credit.

Items shipped back between the 4th and 7th day of receipt are only eligible for a store credit. 

Items shipped back after the 7th day will NOT receive any store credit.

How are days calculated for returns/exchanges?

The timeline for in store purchases begins on the date on your receipt.

The timeline for items ordered for in-store pickup begins on the date the fulfillment notice is received.

The timeline for delivered orders begins the day that delivery service records delivery.

The timeline for shipped orders begins the day that shipping service records delivery. 

 

How can I make a return?

Please return it to the store within the time allotted.

Shipped items can not be returned or exchanged in store. Please use our online return portal. Be sure to include your receipt in your shipment. start a return

Infantini takes no responsibility for lost or stolen orders once delivery service has confirmed delivery or a tracking number has been issued for a shipment.

*Every item is checked for marks, stains, and defects before being shipped or delivered. No item will be accepted for return or credit unless in perfect condition.

Gift cards and credits cannot be transferred or used for the purchase of in-store sale items.
